Client Testimonials

"Ann Warner LLC continues to provide value-added service to FRCA. Due to Ann’s leadership and expertise, she was pivotal in helping to restructure and rebrand, our 30-year-old coalition transforming it into an even more effective education and advocacy effort on Capitol Hill, before the administration, and among industry stakeholders. She has the ability to synthesize complex technical challenges unique to FRCA’s members and “boil them down” into a succinct and effective advocacy message for our stakeholders that furthers the FRCA goals and mission. Ann works both sides of the aisle, both Houses of Congress, and the administration bringing the value of her relationships to FRCA while amplifying the voice of rail freight shippers on Capitol Hill"

"Ann Warner LLC does a great job advocating for PRFBA on Capitol Hill, before the agencies, and within our industry. She brings value-added with her strong bi-partisan relationships, corporate experience, and trade association expertise. The information and insights Ann provides not only helps PRFBA make better decisions and be a stronger organization, but benefits each member company in their daily operations and management decisions."

"What I like most about Ann is her initiative. She knows more than any of us, what is going on in the political arena, so far be it for any of us to try to direct her activities and priorities. She does a great job telling us what we need to know, she adds insight when we make decisions, and she does a great job representing NITL on the hill – most likely, some members view Ann Warner as NITL! She’s the best!"

"General Mills benefits directly from AWLLC involvement with PRFBA. For example, the Washington updates to PRFBA from AWLLC during the 2023 National Rail Strike period were critical in forming plant strategies to mitigate rail strike impact to GMI network. Ongoing insights from AWLLC to PRFBA considering STB member nominations and rulings helps keep General Mills connected to what is happening in Washington and how it could impact General Mills."

Paul Sutton, National Rail Operations, General Mills
Private Railcar Food and Beverage Association

"Ann is incredibly helpful to us navigating the federal bureaucracy, introducing us to the right people and managing the relationships within the federal government."

"Working with Ann Warner is such a pleasure. Ann has a ton of experience working with people in the transportation industry and in D.C. I so much value her sound judgement with things like writing statements and developing strategy. She is also extremely resourceful in finding ways to move issues forward and she always keeps her clients well informed. I appreciate her insight into what might be going on behind the scenes, and her ability to see down the road for potential outcomes. She is always developing her resources and honing her skills to provide a better product for her clients. Nothing seems to ruffle her feathers, she just gets things done. Ann has great contacts on the hill and is always cultivating more. I feel lucky to have her as an associate and as an ally working in D.C."

"Ann Warner, NITL Senior Policy Advisor and Lobbyist, is one of the best assets to NITL by providing up-to-date information on modal issues. Ann Warner LLC is ready to bring solutions to difficult situations that shippers must face daily in striving for reliable service at competitive rates via the rails, oceans and highways. Ann is the ultimate professional and well respected on Capitol Hill, and before the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Maritime Commission, and Surface Transportation Board. "
